Renewal for study in Ukraine

Recovery process 

Your renewal is carried out by the rector of your university regardless of the length of break in studies. Students have an unlimited number of attempts to recover. No matter what were the reasons for your expulsion, what is your enrollment status etc. However, the rector takes into account your ability to deal with the educational process.

The university has 2 weeks to consider your application and to assign an interview. It is necessary to check your knowledge and motivation. For example, if you study English language, they will evaluate your level, if it is relevant to the course you want renewal at. Then you’ll be notified of acceptance conditions for studies. The rector also establishes the procedure for elimination of your missing credits.

Keep in mind that recovery of the first year students isn’t possible. If your missed assignments are made up before the beginning of the semester, the rector can renew you in the second year.

Required documents 

To renewal, you have to submit such documents:

1. The application
2. Academic transcript
3. The original certificate of completed secondary education
4. The copy of the birth certificate
